Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light and mirror?
A: Sure, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: It will take 7-10 days to make sample of Mirror Full order production time is about 40-50 days, it depends on the quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light and mirror order?
A: Usually for LED light is 300pcs, for mirror is 200pcs. 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, if
any problem/damage with mirror itself, we'll deliver the replacement for free or make a partial refund after we confirm it's the
product quality problem.
Q7: What kind color temperature available?
A: 3000K,4000K,6000K.
Q8: What's the certification listed for the mirror and LED lights?
A: CE, ROHS, SAA, IP44 approved and more.
